The program is aimed at people working or planning to work in sectors based on frequent contact with people — including services, retail, logistics, catering/hospitality, caregiving, or customer service.

Work is much more than a source of income. It helps people become part of the society of the host country. Today, the workplace is seen as the most important space for integration, because this is where regular, everyday contact takes place between people who have arrived from abroad and members of the host society.
